What is the most frequenly asked 'question of the decade' in India?
Is it "How can I achieve great things in life?'", "How can I learn more?'',"How can I get closer to God?",..Or is it "How can I maintain a healthier body?"
I know most of us would vote for the last one.Yeah , nowadays Health has become the most important issue which should be taken care of. Modern life , which people often call 'Mechanized Life', may have become a great introduction towards the economic development of the society.But the impact it has left in the personal life of every individual is, ofcourse horrible.
Life has been put into time tables and mostly like '1-18- getting educated in a most popular school','18-22-learning in any one of the top IITs or any equivalent college','22-25-doing higher studies in any foreign institution (or) working in an MNC ', '25-30-earning a lot of dollars in any foreign organisation',and 'above 40-Spending all the money earnt in every top most hospital in the city'
This, ofcourse is the life of every modern day Indian. But what does 'real happiness' mean?. Real happiness means something more, than what one can search outside. As Swami Vivekananda said "The real quest of life is not really outside, its inside every human being". This real search for a happier life leads to a path called "healthier life style"."Health" is not like , joining a high graded hydraulic gym or performing yoga for years.The real definition for health is 'Staying happy,confident and satisfied ALWAYS'. Health doesn't only mean a strong and well toned physique. It means a lot more.. Now here is a perfect definition for health , " Happy mind in a strong body" . Now the question is: What does it take to get both?.
The answer is very simple.The answer is 'Get ready to change'. If you feel you are not healthy or not happy with what you are now, then its the right time for you to make some changes to your dear life.
